The product has arrived damaged

If the product arrives damaged, you need to contact us via our email assistenza@designtrasparente.com, providing your order details and detailed photos of the damage, within 15 days from the arrival of the order.

We will contact you within 24 business hours, providing you with details for the replacement of the product.

Amounts paid for those products that are returned due to any damage or defect, when it actually exists, will be fully refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within 15 business days of the refund request.

The product doesn't meet my expectations

If you are not completely satisfied when receiving the product, you can return it without using or assembling it, within 15 days from the arrival of the order.

It's important to carefully package the product in the original packaging using all the packaging material you received with the package, because if it arrives broken for any reason, the product will not be refunded.

Our technical office is available to provide information on how to package the product.

The refund or possible replacement will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 working days from the return of the items.

Returns of personalized or custom-made merchandise will not be accepted.

Designtrasparente will make exceptions regarding refunds and corresponding replacements when the rules mentioned above are not met.
