Right of Withdrawal

Voluntary Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and applicable national laws, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without the need to provide any reason.

The right of withdrawal is valid only if the product:

* has not been used or assembled,

* is returned intact,

* is shipped in its original packaging, including all protective materials.

* the original packaging must be reused for the return shipment.

Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

1) Send a written request to assistenza@designtrasparente.com, indicating the order number.

2) Wait for return instructions from our customer service team.

3) Ship the product at their own expense within 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal, reusing the original packaging, ensuring that the item is properly protected during transport

Designtrasparente reserves the right not to issue a refund for items that are damaged, assembled, or returned without appropriate or original packaging.

Refunds

The refund will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a replacement, estimated delivery times will be communicated by email.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

* customised or personalised,

* made to order according to the customer’s specific request,

* produced with modified dimensions as indicated in the order notes before payment.

In such cases, withdrawal is not permitted in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU (corresponding to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code).

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery:

* Report it immediately to the courier by signing the delivery note with reservation.

* Send an email to assistenza@designtrasparente.com within 7 calendar days, including:

   * the order number,

   * detailed photos of the damage,

   *a copy of any claim filed with the courier.

Designtrasparente will respond within 24 working hours and arrange for a free replacement of the product.

A refund will be issued only in cases of verified defect or damage not caused by the customer.
