WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All our products, with the exception of some furnishing accessories, are made to order, which is why waiting times are often longer.
Usually we can make your product in 5/15 working days.
Production times are indicated on each product sheet.
We always advise you to check the specifications on the product page before ordering.

HOW MANY DAYS DOES A DELIVERY TAKE?
Once entrusted to the courier it will take approximately 10 business days to receive the goods.
Deliveries of larger products may be made on pallets.
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on "Your Profile" and then on "Order History". This way you can check the progress of your order in real time. The system is constantly updated.
You will receive an email/SMS, when your order has been shipped, with the track link of your shipment.
This way you can monitor in real time where your parcel is.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
You can change your delivery address through your account, only in case your parcel has not already been handed over to the courier.

We work with several logistics partners, who are selected according to the size of the products ordered.
When you confirm your order you will receive an email with a link to check where your shipment is .

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT THERE WHEN THE DELIVERY TAKES PLACE?
Our couriers will attempt a further delivery the next day.
In case of absence, the parcel will be held in storage.
We will take care of contacting you and unblocking the stock.
I CHECKED THE STATUS OF MY ORDER WITH THE COURIER COMPANY AND IT SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our logistics partners are professionals in this field, the delivery error may be due to a technical system error or the order is about to be delivered.
If the delivery has been made in your absence, the courier will always leave a note.
